Brutt Analytics Group is led by Jonathan Brutt, an independent consultant with 8+ years of hands-on AVEVA PI (formerly OSIsoft) work and 10+ years of progressive IT experience. Fortune 500 clients across oil & gas, energy, pharmaceutical, utilities, chemicals, and prepackaged food.

The career arc: lead developer delivering PI implementations to 10+ industrial clients at RoviSys, then senior administrator running an enterprise PI Historian at 99.9%+ uptime in a GMP / 21 CFR Part 11 environment for a global biopharma, now independent.

The work spans PI Server, Asset Framework, Vision, Datalink, Builder, AF SDK, OPC DA/UA and RDBMS interfaces, custom C# and web applications on top of PI, and AI-driven analytics on operational data. Deliverables range from architecture and migrations to validated, GxP-compliant reporting that replaces paper processes.

The model is intentional: experienced, hands-on consulting without large-firm overhead, embedded directly with your team or delivering against a defined scope. Either way, the people who scope the work do the work.

PMP certified, which means fixed-timeframe engagements get managed like fixed-timeframe engagements: clear scope, realistic schedules, tracked risks, and predictable delivery. When the work needs a project manager as well as a PI engineer, that's covered by the same person.
